By understanding and addressing the unique needs of the small and medium business segment,

and capabilities we offer are rapid application response time, merchant application acceptance by fax or
on-line submission and superior customer service.
PAYMENT PROCESSING:
Our payment processing services enable merchants to process both traditional card-present, or “swipe,” transactions, as well as card-not-present transactions. A card-not-present transaction occurs whenever a customer does not physically present a payment card at the point-of-sale and may occur over the Internet or by mail, fax or telephone. Our processing services include evaluation and acceptance of card numbers, detection of fraudulent transactions, receipt and settlement of funds and service and support.

The information provided in the Forms And Guidelines Section is a portion of the iPayment, Inc. Merchant Agreement.
This information is provided as a guideline for merchants on:
- Proper processing of transactions compliant with MasterCard and Visa regulations
- Answers to frequently asked questions regarding chargebacks and retrievals and maintaining the merchant account
- Prevention tips against receiving chargebacks and retrieval requests
- Receiving the lowest possible discount rate.
